Returns & Exchanges

Heinz Healey’s return and exchange policy is as follows:

No exchanges or refunds after 30 days of receiving your merchandise. All refunds will be processed by the same method of payment used on initial purchase. Cash purchases made on in-store items will be refunded via check from CHAZ Inc. the following week.

Heinz Healey’s will not accept merchandise purchased online that is sent back after 30 days of the customer receiving (per the tracking information).

Management reserves the right to repair any damaged merchandise. Exchanges or store credit only for non-reparable, damaged items. NO REFUNDS issued on worn, damaged or soiled merchandise.

If merchandise is shipped back to Heinz Healey’s for a return, the customer will pay for the shipping. If the item(s) need to be exchanged for a different size, Heinz Healey’s will cover the shipping costs to return and exchange the item(s).

Disputed purchases are to be handled between the customer and the customers’ credit card company/ bank. Heinz Healey’s will provide a receipt of the purchase and any relevant information, but Heinz Healey’s is not liable for any potential fraudulent purchases made on this website or any delivered packages stolen from residences.
